Tonight I saw a sight that made me understand that brick and mortar shops as we know them are dying. The Sears retailer on the mall in Coralville, Iowa is closing.
We don’t get so many thrift shops in the UK (which we’d name bric-a-brac shops). We have lots of charity retailers within the UK that operate to boost funds for good causes resembling children suffering with terminal sickness, cancer research, and help for the elderly. I grew up in Racine , when i used to be a kid we had to go to Milwaukee or Ill. ti shop. then in 1981 the mall as locals call it opened I was in highschool and Finley had a mall. i’ll do a form of time line of this mall to give you a idea how things went the mall is still alive and Farlay nicely at the moment although there was a number of adjustments and one anchor spot has had seven totally different signs on it through the years this is the story.
